SKEWEN FC v SEVEN SISTERS Reserves , Neath and District League Division One .

Seven Sisters came to Skewen Park top of the table with 2 wins out of 2 matches , Whilst Skewen was in 6th place with 1 point from 1 previous match . There is a nice little club house selling a range of beers and nibbles to eat in which i had a lager shandy prior to the match .

To be fair both sides had chances just no one could capitalise and get it in the net until the 34th minute when James Kibble got on the scoresheet for Seven Sisters with an assist coming from Simon Hanford . Skewen then quickly pegging them back courtesy of Leigh Marmont on the 34th minute to make it all square at 1-1 .

HALF TIME 1-1

Out for the second half and again it was hard to separate the two teams until skewen caught seven sleeping and Ryan Jenkins punished them on the 71st minute .

The lead was short lived as going behind sparked Seven Sisters into life and on the attack they came hitting an equaliser on the 76th minute by Joshua Hunt . Then Christian Elkins netting what ended up as the winner on the 82nd minute .

Final Score Skewen FC 2 Seven Sisters 3 . Seven now make it 3 wins out of 3 and on 9 points whilst Skewen will dust themselves down and go again when they take on Bryncoch on the 14th September at home.
